Nanu Jewelry is a handmade jewelry brand. All pieces are crafted with natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, and gold-filled findings. Because each piece is made by hand:
• Colors, shapes, and sizes may vary slightly from product photos.
• Natural gemstones may contain minor inclusions or imperfections — this is a characteristic of natural materials, not a defect.
• Gold-filled components contain a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal and are not the same as gold plating.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown at checkout are final.
• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
• Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within Texas, as required by law.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

• Standard shipping (under $50): $4.99

We want you to love your Nanu piece. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.
• To initiate a return, please email hello@nanujewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@nanujewelry.com.
To keep your Nanu pieces looking their best, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep jewelry in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratching.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear.
• Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
• For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
• Natural stones may vary in color and texture — this is part of their beauty.
• Avoid soaking beaded pieces in water as it may weaken the thread over time.
• Handle pendants gently to preserve their natural finish.
• Gold-filled findings are durable but should still be kept away from chemicals.
• Sterling silver may tarnish over time — polish with a silver cloth to restore shine.
